Music Ministry

HomeMusic Ministry

Welcome to CBBF Music Ministry!

The Music Ministry at Caring Believers Bible Fellowship Church is a vital part of our worship experience, creating an atmosphere where hearts are prepared to receive the Word of God. Our mission is to glorify God through music that uplifts, inspires, and draws people into His presence. Whether through joyful praise or intimate worship, our ministry seeks to lead the congregation into a deeper encounter with Christ.

Under the dedicated leadership of Bro. James Togba, Director of the Music Ministry, and Sis. Dorothy Buadoo, Assistant Director, our team is made up of passionate, spirit-led individuals who understand the power of worship. Together, they guide a talented group of singers and musicians who serve faithfully and pour their hearts into every song, ensuring that each worship moment reflects excellence and sincerity.

Our ministry is more than just singing—it’s a calling to serve and a lifestyle of worship. We rehearse, pray, and grow together as a team, seeking to honor God not only on stage but in our daily lives. Through special music programs, seasonal concerts, and regular Sunday worship, we aim to bless our church family and glorify God with every note.

Music is a powerful tool for ministry, and at CBBF, we see it as a way to communicate God’s love, truth, and presence. From contemporary praise songs to soul-stirring gospel hymns, our diverse worship style reflects the heart of our church—a place where all are welcome and encouraged to worship freely.

We invite those with a heart for worship and a gift for music to consider joining our team. Whether you sing, play an instrument, or have a passion for sound and production, there’s a place for you in the Music Ministry. Together, let’s continue to build a ministry that exalts Jesus and ushers in His presence each and every time we gather.

First, we must understand church is not a building, a Sunday school class, or a service time. According to scripture, a church gathering is a group of people coming together in Christ and the people are the church. Jesus shows us in Matthew 18 that a gathering can be as little as two people together.

The service usually involves the singing of hymns, reading of scripture verses and possibly a psalm. If the church follows a lectionary, the sermon will often be about the scripture lections assigned to that day. Eucharistic churches have usually Holy Communion either every Sunday or several Sundays a month.

There are no rules as to what to bring to church, other than your self, an open heart and mind. Some bring a bible, if you’re going to engage in bible study.

If you want to know how to dress for church, something modest and comfortable should be fine. Generally, graphic tees that show off sports team logos or bands should never be worn to church. Solid-colored tops are fine, and even something with a pattern should be OK to wear.

Yes, absolutely. We’ll be so delighted.
